JASMIN DE TOSCANE by Jean-Christophe Hérault
JASMIN DE TOSCANE is the second fragrance created in collaboration with master perfumer Jean-Christophe Hérault. Inspired by the discovery of an exceptional Jasmine Sambac flower brought back from Tuscany by Rania Naim, Creative Director of Jacques Fath Parfums, this fragrance was crafted using advanced Living Flower Technology. This innovative process captures the natural aroma of Jasmine Sambac in its purest form, preserving the flower’s authentic olfactory signature.
The composition combines precious jasmine extracts from Tuscany and India, with Jasmine Sambac featured in an exceptionally high concentration to reflect the flower’s elegance, rarity and refinement. Through the use of modern extraction techniques, a contemporary yet timeless interpretation of the iconic jasmine blossom has been achieved.
As Jean-Christophe Hérault explains: “The process involves placing a flower or plant under a glass bell and using a pumping system to capture the surrounding air and all of its scent molecules. These molecules are collected in a small fibre tube and then analysed to faithfully recreate the flower’s natural fragrance.”
